The descriptions relating to the apartment and the price lists are elaborated with care. Nevertheless, the Villa MareInVista staff cannot completely rule out price variations. Any changes will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking. The price agreed between the contracting parties, or in any case accepted by the conductor at the time of booking, is to be considered as an agreed price and, as such, definitive. The reservation is confirmed upon signing the payment of the deposit by way of advance. In the event that the apartment cannot be occupied from the day booked or at the scheduled time due to difficulties during the trip, strikes, or for personal reasons, no refund is provided. The same rule applies to early departures. In the event of force majeure (war, natural disasters, fire, flooding, etc.), the Staff of Villa MareInVista can terminate the contract by returning the sum paid. In case of problems in the correct provision of services such as gas, water and electricity, adverse weather conditions, the staff of Villa MareInVista cannot be held responsible.
